Ingredients

● 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

● 24 oz extra small shrimp

● 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

● 32 oz chicken broth

● ½ cup butter

● 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

Put chicken broth and mushrooms to a large soup pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and stir in butter, heavy whipping cream and cheese.

Add shrimp and allow it to simmer for about 15 minutes.
